开齿穿条一体机LKCO1设备介绍：

·通过使用两个硬质滚花轮对铝型材穿条槽口部分进行穿条及滚齿。

·通过一对硬质材料滚花轮，在铝合金型材穿隔热条的槽口部分进行滚齿，增加隔热型材剪切力，实现开齿穿条同时。采用交流变频调速进行滚齿速度无级调速控制。

·高精度数字显示器；可实现自动化开齿穿条功能。
